Defects in Canada Builds Company supplied/installed materials which result in the detachment, displacement, or deterioration of exterior cladding. (stone, brickwork, aluminum or vinyl siding).
Violations to CSA A277 Certification affecting health and safety.
Major Structural Defects in Canada Builds Company supplied/installed structure.
Seven Year Coverage
Defects in Canada Builds Company supplied materials or workmanship that result in the failure of a load-bearing part of the home’s structure or ;
Defects in materials or workmanship that adversely affects your use of the structure as a home.
